Pros

Good benefits and casual dress code

Cons

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a company. Managers take credit for their teams' work but throw them under the bus when something goes wrong. Coworkers will stab you in the back. Management will hold it against you if you can't stay past 6pm because of childcare issues. There is a reason this company cannot recruit or retain talent, it is a horrible place to work. I worked 60-80 hours/week consistently (even working on most weekends), and was told I was not getting enough done. My manager refused to remove anything from my plate, even though she couldn't articulate why certain deliverables were needed or how they would be used. This culture comes from the top down, if you want to be rewarded, get into the inner circle and make sure you're the first one in and the last to leave (even though you won't get an actual desk assigned to you because of "flex" scheduling).

Pros

Sabre as a whole is good place to work. - Great networking oppurtunities. - Benefits aren't too bad and the people are generally responsive and cooperative. - Flexibility in working schedules, especially when you have urgent issues that require you to take time off. -The work attire is semi-casual. -There are many international opportunities for those who wish to have assignments abroad. - Southlake campus has a cafeteria which is an assert, serves good food and saves time

Cons

-Sometimes Work/life balance is not met. -Parking can be a hassle due to a big workforce. -Work from home policy is not standard company wide.
