      Pros

      The people are great. A lot of very knowledgable people work at Sabre. Everyone is always willing to help each other.

      Cons

      there is a lot of stress because there are not enough resources for the amount of work. It is hard to have a work life balance.

      Pros

      Up on the technology curve. Knowledgeable bunch of people and flexible WFH (work from home) policy.

      Cons

      Pay discrepancies...some people earn a lot vs the rest and Sabre doesn't really correct salaries much. You get stuck with what you start with. Very sad to see some really good employees being paid far lesser than mediocre ones.

      Pros

      Global company. Management is very stable. Excellent leadership communication...very transparent on positive issues and challenges. Very generous PTO policy. Strong on leadership development. Many groups allow work from home.

      Cons

      Can be v. political. Some groups only have work-work balance. This is a challenging industry, but company always seems to do quite well despite. I credit strong leadership and company reputation. Some groups see rampant reorgs making it difficult to operate.
