Helpful teams. Good learning opportunities. Growing infrastructure, new products and tech.

Cons

Lots of politics. Micro-management, they won't listen to you. Lots of pressure because of which work-life balance suffers heavily. Less benefits, motivations, promotions and recognition. Less promotions, that too with political mindset.

Pretty good benefits and work-life (depending on your manager of course).

Cons

Not many full stack opportunities as the structure in many divisions keeps these teams separated. At the end of the day, it all comes down to saving money, so we would hire from a worse candidate pool to save a few bucks.
