Friendly and supportive management, pleasant work environment (may depend on the contract you're on)

Sabre treats their employees well and makes efforts to ensure everyone is happy with the work they are doing. They offer to pay for additional training if there is something that interests you, and is at least somewhat job related. They make sure to give recognition when an employee does well or goes above and beyond what is asked of them. They are accommodating and offer a flexible work schedule, which has been especially nice during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are open to new ideas and are always looking for ways to improve. The benefits and pay are above average in my experience.
