Fantastic people, managers, work environment, employee engagement, reputation, and overall strength. .

Cons

Due to the current fiscal environment, benefits have been cut drastically (including the cancellation of the Columbus day holiday). This has led to low morale among staff. Recent management changes and shakeups have raised questions about the future direction of the company.
