Pros

Interesting projects, comparable benefits, work from home policies. If you are lucky to have a good manager, it is comfortable. They always have busy schedules. But a good manager know how to make plans.

Cons

Too many politics from top to bottom. Nobody really do research or want to do technologies. Everybody wants to be PM.

sports card, work from home, private medical insurance, private life insurance, agile company, possibility to grow, interesting airline domain

Cons

not so flexible with salary increase, when new companies enters the market, the need to see first to believe that they are not paying so well
