Pros

Plenty of overtime, decent annual pay. The people not in upper management are awesome.

Cons

Awful charting software, bad monitors, very poor supply chain. High levels of micromanagement. Vindictive and volatile management including the owner. This company will turn you into the state as a form of retaliation. Abysmal PTO accrual and poor benefits.

Pros

Its not even worth it if you're fresh out of EMT/Paramedic school. But it might work for you if your a female and look halfway decent with no kids. You'll definitely get a FTO promotion if you got sex appeal and can do basic math.

Cons

The Supervisors will lie straight to your face. The health care package is not enough for a single person let alone a family... And they wonder why there's such a high turnover rate.

Pros

You will work directly with some really good EMT's and Paramedics who really know their stuff and work hard.

Cons

You are just a number, who will be required to run call after call without a break, without sleep, and on aging vehicles with well over 200,000 miles. Patient care is not the priority, it's the patients insurance and how many dollars you are able to squeeze out of it. If you need experience and want to run a lot of calls, then work here. If you care about your patients, your reputation and your safety, then apply elsewhere.
