Absolutely no pros what so ever.

Cons

Company built on lies and deception. All they care about is inflating their net worth for investors and they will do it by any means. Doesn't matter who they burn in the process which is primarily the IDD community they claim to serve. Over priced services that are non-existent or don't work properly. Company disregards issues and concerns although they claim to solve them. All of this at the taxpayers expense through abuse of the waiver programs.

Break room stocked. Lunch is expensed. You can also get a promotion without earning it.

Cons

Technology is broken most of the time and not relayed to the clients or fixed in a timely manner. No leadership. Favoritism amongst employees(men).
