Impressive benefits, including medical insurance requirement plan, and paid training. Furthermore it is a truly inclusive organization that supports all employees regardless of their race gender or status

Overtime pay but poor management and long hours. Pay can change up or down as you level up or down based on metrics.

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda

Micromanagement If we get pulled into a meeting it usually comes with some sort of write up, even if doing well and good KPI , they consistently will find a reason for issues with performance. Feeling stuck, if you have even 1 negative performance review you cannot move to full time or request a role change within the company.
