Pros

Coworkers are like a family. Very rarely did I have any issue with anyone I worked with. Schedules can be flexible when needed. The benefits were great when I was there.

Cons

It is still a retail job. You will run into nasty customers. I had a good experience with management but I can imagine this was not true for everyone.
