Pros
ICC have a set schedule usually Monday - Friday. Most other positions are not set schedules. Co- workers are nice. Flexable schedule.
Cons
Too much store politics and favoritism. Too much Micromanaging. Way too much work for the hours given. Employees that stand around and do nothing get treated better than the employees that actually care about there job. You can get promoted if you kiss up to the manager, even if you are not qualified for the job. Top pay does not pay enough to cover cost of living in the Bay Area.
