Huge potential technology company, with a lot of management overhead

Amazing projects in aerospace, contributing to almost every aircraft system. Truly international. Real engineering challenges. Good training and development.

Cons

There are multiple layers of management and "dotted lines", creating hierarchies within hierarchies, which imposes a burden when just trying to get work done. Lack of admin support (or even delegation of business processes) leaves senior managers and industry experts signing off low value purchases and timesheets.

Great people. Large corporation with many opportunities if you're willing to switch companies. The working conditions are nice and it is a fast paced environment that keeps you busy.

Cons

Management often does not seem to value the employees.There is limited training and very little support to help you succeed.
