      Pro French on Promotions and Favortism

      Pros

      The French have it really well with advancement opportunities in many areas. The non French are treated with a different level of importance and concern in that they are easily replaced with someone else in any state.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities for non French. I saw entire depts turn over year after year as non French sought out better opportunities and their concerns for fairness were unheard or ignored

      Pros

      Extremely easy job that offers good pay.

      Cons

      Poor management that heavily favors and protects the women workers. Third shift never sees the site manager and the manager that does show up refuses to take responsibility for their lack of leadership. Little to no chance to advance in the company.

      Lots work, health and safety top of the agenda but....

      Cons

      Floor managers running the business not operational management. OT overload, month end rush shipments. Running the assembly lines to the ground, too much contradiction of the health and safety, denied people vacation time, people have to planning their life round rushed orders constantly
