      Pros

      Good opportunities and benefits. Good work environment. They protect the people over everything. Good support from upper levels and from staff.

      Cons

      So many changes ordered by headquarters. Some manages are agresive and out of reality. Some employees like to talk with the manager and this make some situations very difficult to manage

      Union scale pay and benefits for all hourly workers whether you are in the union or not.

      Cons

      Management $20M in red last year, losing contracts, not winning new contracts, shipping all possible work to Tijuana, downsizing labor force, many Mexican interns, staff, management now. When will plant close in US? Hello Mexico!
