Thank you for your candid feedback. We appreciate your reference to the flexible hours and are happy to hear that you enjoyed the Safran facility. We are disappointed to hear, however, that you feel there is no work-life balance and lack of software tools/technology.
In the future, we hope to provide additional training to balance employee workloads and are currently working to improve the support systems/tools.
