      The people at Labinal are very committed, the technology is right at the edge of materials performance and all of the testing EMC, Vibration, etc can be performed in house.

      Interesting projects, good traveling, working atmosphere is laid back most of the time

      Cons

      Pressure comes in burst, very poor organization of Management at all levels, Sometimes high level decisions are made without the knowledge of what goes on in the field, Pay raises are limited but careers opportunities are numerous

      Very structured company to work for with a lot of diversity. A great deal of the employees have been with the company for many years and have a vested interest in the success of the company. They have very good benefits such as insurance including a flex spending plan as well as very good vacation, sick, and holiday time.
