      The importance of the markets we serve

      Cons

      Executive team is usually Out of touch with most of the business and market. Politics among them is more important than running the business. Lack of decisions and poor decisions is crippling them.

      Pros

      During a six-month temporary gig at Safran, I was impressed by a number of things: - Friendly atmosphere - Highly talented people - State-of-the-art manufacturing facility - Interesting work

      Cons

      I really can't think of any negative things to say about Safran other than while I was there, the facility wasn't producing a lot of products. But that's understandable because the company has been working out a lot of process details before ramping up production.

      Pros

      You get some experience and you learn a lot of things. Also, they are roaring so there are many buildings of Group Safran.

      Cons

      It is very far from downtown, so it is better to buy a car to get there. Too many hours working there per day. I'd rather work 7 h intead of 10 h.
