      Good working environment ,good supervisors , great health benefits. Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Pay is flat with low pay increases with a good review. Work is repetitive and predictable, feel more like an assembly line worker rather than an aircraft mechanic

      Pros

      Great talented team, healthy working environment, annual bonuses and working schedule. Overall it is good company to work in. Nice (mostly) people, good culture.

      Cons

      French people are welcome but others are not. You can be talented professional but you will get fired if any of managers do not like you. All your talents and experience worthless if you happen to peace off the boss

      If you don't have any option then you can join otherwise don't join......they don't value the good profile ....you don't need skills to work here just you are labour....no hikes...nothing....many people leave company within a year....

      Cons

      Nothing ...just u must know to handle pressure....i didt find any new challenge...
