We work to improve processes and procedures daily so tomorrow is always better than today. We remain flexible in our plans so that we can adopt better processes as they are identified. Additionally, Labinal Power Systems and the Safran Group have strong long-range plans in place to ensure continued positive growth. Objectives tied to this plan are shared with Team Members twice a year and are available for review at any time.
In order to strengthen the business, we must act as one team across the company and group. We continue to evolve as we work to share ideas, best practices and resources with each other and our sister companies. In order to ensure strong communications on Group objectives and projects, we promote our Intranet and central communications methods.
