      Good company for new graduate, very French 9-5 life style, pretty good senior leaders, flat organization, easy to transfer to other departments or plants

      Cons

      Very French also means very hierarchical, flat organization means it takes long time and very hard to get promoted. A lot of jerks in the middle management, basically they care more about office politics than working
