      Pros

      The employees all work together as a team, sharing knowledge, skills, and experiences. It was an honor to work with them all, no matter the individual personalities I met during my tenure at Labinal. I learned a great deal, and will continue to carry that experience with me for years to come.

      Cons

      Production tends to get micromanaged to the point where it is counter-productive to the company as a whole. Upper management doesn't always consider the needs of their employees when making business decisions. Not much room for professional growth for employees. Fluctuating industry needs tends to hinder company growth and adversely affect the employees.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great. Interns are included in the work life and good performance is recognized and praised. The work is meaningful and has clear applicable results that make working at Safran very rewarding.

      Cons

      The salary for interns is not amazing but the rest makes up for it!

      Pros

      Very few. The lower level people are ok and some of the Engineers.

      Cons

      Company design is ALL about Corporate. NO consideration for the employees. NO BONUS or profit sharing. Low pay. Management style is deceitful and very poor as they Refuse to listen to the truly skilled employees and rather listen to the less experienced ones. No Morale. To make matters worse they hire some totally unqualified personnel and promote them to better positions. They're a French based company and it shows all the time. It's ALL about the French employees even though so many of the American Employees are the heart of the company.
