great benefits but a managment nightmare

benefits are great and have same sex benefits, salary is low for work & hours expected

Cons

no chance to move forward at corporate, no training, mgmt plays openly plays favorites. they constantly make mistakes and blame others, dont return phone calls or emails to field, and do not share important information to staff members

Variety of projects in the are of FEM. Jobs are more technical in nature compared to most other service based industries. Flexibility of being able to move from one team to another within the department. (ex. from engines team to structures team within CAE dept.)

Cons

Very hectic job schedule. relatively moderate pay hikes. Typical bond period of 2 years/rupees 2 lakhs for freshers. Poor female-male employee ratio.
