Pros

-Customers are loyal and love the product -Great "worker bees"

Cons

- Huge turnover in multiple groups over the last year - What was an amazing culture has been replaced with a lack of communication, us vs. them attitude, and only focusing on numbers - Politics and power struggles within management - Bosses instead of leaders -Lack of corporate direction being distilled throughout the organization -Inconsistent HR "policies" - they vary depending on who you are

Thanks for writing on Glassdoor about Sage. Our people are fabulous, so it's great to hear you agree. It's fantastic to see you achieve a positive work life balance too. Sage reviews its pay bands regularly and does so against other technology companies. Colleagues in Sales roles have un-capped earnings potential through commission payments and our top performers earned 3 times their salary last year. Sales targets go through an approval process with Senior Management to ensure that the targets set are fair and achievable, taking into account our sales forecasts and upcoming product launches. Our colleagues are supported to achieve their targets through coaching, training and support from their line managers. Top performers also have the opportunity to have a holiday of a lifetime - for those excelling in FY17 the chance to go to a luxurious resort in Mexico with your partner is open to all colleagues. Thanks again for your feedback.
