Pros

Benefits were pretty OK. A lot of the people were great, just stuck working for a bad company.

Cons

Mismanagement at every level. Criminally shortsighted and lax in updating products and exploring new technology.

Pros

Does not require long hours, people are generally friendly and personable.

Cons

The cut every corner in terms of salary, benefits, perks, bonuses etc. The review process is insulting and is generally a joke. The people that work there are lazy and unmotivated. They do a horrible job with benefits. You have to dial a 1-800-number just to talk to HR (on the opposite coast). Overall it's probably the worst place I have worked in nearly 20 years.
