Don't walk RUN!!!!

Pros

very flexible as a remote sales rep, potential for good pay if you don't mind screwing people over, great product offerings

Cons

no leadership, constant turnover and internal job reassignments makes it impossible to find resolution when issues arise. Focus is 100% on new business and they could care less if the client leaves tomorrow.

Stay away! Company has gone downhill in employee satisfaction!

Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, that's about it.

Cons

Pretty much everything else, keep laying off and giving employees more and more work, no raises, no loyalty to long time employees, employee well being has gone down the drain. Would not recommend this company to anyone to work at!

Well they produce a good product.

Cons

Navigating the egos of this company was the hardest part of working here. The principals put themselves above the needs of the customers making it really difficult to do the right thing.
