Colleague recognition and ways to do it better is on our radar. In early November, look out for the launch of our new recognition tool that will allow colleagues to show recognition in a fast and dynamic way.

Pros

I have been working for Sage for 20 years. I work remotely and Sage has a great remote support team. Good benefits and PTO plus many opportunities for learning and career planning. Sage has a wonderful Charity program with five volunteer days offered. @sagefoundation Sage’s biggest assets are my colleagues some of the best people to work with.

Cons

There has been a lot of leadership changes this past year, but Steve Hare is bringing new life the company.
