Pros

Attempt to modernize development process. Well understanding of core agile principles. Automated E2E tests created as part of sprint. Effective QA engineers.

Cons

Poor application and infrastructure architecture. Monolithic architecture. Key programming pieces were done by cowboy coders part of the team. Huge legacy burden without any sign of improvements.

Pros

Great reputation, and has made it through the North American re-branding effort from a house of brands to a branded house.Very stable, good benefits, and strong global presence.

Cons

Transitioning in North America from an on-premise perpetual licensed software company with a lot of products written on old code, to a SaaS company and all the pain the journey has in store transitioning a huge client base, balanced with delivery of a better product
