I work in R & D with the smartest, kindest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. As a relatively new team member, I am always impressed with the patience and willingness of my co-workers to help me learn. The overall culture is easy-going and supports a good work/life balance. There is a commitment to excellence that is part of everything we do, so don't be fooled by the easy-going atmosphere. Everyone is focused not only on delivery the best for our customers, but also on supporting each other toward the same goal.
Cons
Like most software companies, change comes often, fast, and sometimes with little information. It is the nature of the business and can be frustrating.
