Pros

Get to learn a lot of things about GST, SST, IT software, and of course also Accounting. Lucky to get the opportunity from the manager for career advancement.

Cons

It is easy to access by public transport to office, but the office is like a warehouse. Frequent change of top management, instability in departments, and change of business strategics.

Pros

The opportunity to work with smart people. The chance to build networks in software community. The challenge, the learnings, and ability to implement new innovative ways of doing business that ultimately solve organisational problems and add value. Entrepreneurial mindset and approach are encouraged.

Cons

Internal structures and process are not quite defined for enterprise space. Induction and onboarding process is not great. Business units do not interact or collaborate enough on opportunities to drive strategy. Compensation and benefits are not defined for roles in specifc BUs. KPIs measurements are inconsistent and continuously change. Benefits are not great. These are NB because they encourage and help you do your job well.
