Sage in undergoing an ambitious transformation as it moves to a global operating model and rapidly modernise its product offerings to compete in an increasingly cloud solution dominated market. It's great to see Sage going through this much needed change, but at the same time change is difficult and can create some (hopefully temporary) pain-points. I'm encouraged by what I see but there's still plenty to do.

A fantastic place to work. A modern and professional work environment provides an atmosphere like nothing I have encountered before. Training is in depth and well delivered. The staff and colleagues are a pleasure to work with and I personally have a huge amount of job satisfaction from what I do. The BIG bonus to working for Sage is the opportunity you have for self development from the moment you start. Managers encourage, assist and motivate you to make connections and seek opportunities to progress. I personally think Sage is far and away the best place I have ever worked and I don't see myself looking elsewhere for work anytime soon
