      Pros

      Great work life balance Motivating team Excellent autonomy and new ideas are always welcomed It is a very collaborative environment and everybody works together as a team, despite all the changes it seems to be an exciting time to join and have the opportunity to get involved in so many things outside of your current role such as social media projects, getting involved in careers site creation. The company also offers 5 CSR days to help out with a charity of choice.

      Cons

      sometimes some processes aren't aligned, however this will change.

We agree with you that collaboration now intuitively happens at Sage - it's great to see that our CEO's desire to "smash silos" has become a reality. We are an innovative bunch - new ideas are always welcomed and are acted upon. Yes, you're right, we still have work to do in the area of aligning processes and steps are being taken to address this.
