*Pay is below scale *Once in the door, it is impossible to get a decent raise, they hire new people (with less skills) and pay them more money *Upper management only hires their cronies for top level positions *Products are outdated and there is no plan to update them, in most cases *Old technology and no interest in seeing anyone learn a newer one -- the may leave! *Sage has brand identity crisis, due to s many acquisitions and name changes *Managers get no training on how to be a manager *Customers come 2nd to meeting impossible numbers *Everyday is another firedrill *Sr. Exec team is incompetent

Leadership cannot execute and do not have a strategy that aims towards 'winning'. Current management is coasting on previous successes. Employees lack incentives to excel.
