Pros

Generally a good, safe place to work, except for management (prone to re-org lay-offs) and customer support. Senior leadership usually plays it safe and doesn't take a lot of risks, which is good in the current economic climate.

Cons

Not a lot of room for career development, because there isn't a lot of movement, but there are opportunities depending on which department one's in.

Decent company, a good place to get your feet wet but be careful...

Pros

Pretty good benefits; global, stable company; decent, but not highly competitive pay. Many long-term employees there that have climbed up through the ranks so you can learn from them.

Cons

Heavily focused on short-term results versus investment in future growth; long hours due to short staff or wrong staff (possibly a result of the economy). Low side of average employee morale at least in some NA locations. Overdose of red tape hinders ability to get work done efficiently.
