I have taken advantage of the Work Away policy offered to Sage colleagues. It's a chance to extend a holiday and spend time with family or to travel and 'work away. I return feeling more connected to family and well rested.

No cons; Sage works really hard to be an inclusive employer which in turn benefits our customers.
