Pros

The company is very collegiate and seeks the views of its employees across a range of topics so plenty of employee engagement. It communicates well with employees and it is a testimony to them that so many employees have hd long careers there. There is a good benefits package and the pension above market in comparison to others. There are opportunities to get involved in interest groups beyond your role in the business. There are lots of learning opportunities available to all. Company is very open to flexible working The workspace is very modern

Cons

Very few. Sometimes has a tendency to over communicate rather than getting on with things but I would rather that than under communicating.
