Pros

Work life balance is good, above average benefits and holiday allowance

Cons

As said in the other reviews, progression is pretty much non-existent here, aside from a select lucky few. This is especially true with Assistants. The company will happily keep assistants on for years on low pay with no progression in sight, even if they are doing the work of an Executive and holding up a team of Managers. This felt very demotivating and unfair and should seriously be looked into and improved

Pros

It's a good place to work with a supportive and friendly culture and there's an emphasis placed on employee wellbeing

Cons

There's not much room for progression as most senior members of staff have been there for a long time. It's really difficult to get promoted and also means the company can be a bit insular.
