Pros

Great benefits, culture and feeling of working towards a common greater good.

Cons

Poor management personnel decisions at district level. DM position should require people skills with leadership ability; poor management takes an A++ role to a C- role. For a company with inclusive social values, they silence the voice of employees.

Pros

Working at SAGE means you will be doing meaningful work; upper management keeps the employees informed of company performance, new products, and changes in the business; company encourages employees to grow and learn (and provides learning opportunities); most people are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions; lots of employee perks (including great benefits!)

Cons

Starting pay is a bit low, but likely appropriate for Ventura county (but lower than Los Angeles); workload can be quite high due to significant growth
