Flexible working Less "corporate" than other companies (though this is changing fast) No dress code

Cons

Work is unrewarding Profit margins are good but little investment in core business Salaries well below market rate Expenses very stringent - if you are travelling for work it's economy all the way Messaging around Health & Wellbeing inconsistent - morale is very low in parts of the business due to resourcing/ hiring freeze. You're expected to do more with less but no direction given as to how to achieve this.

It’s really Hard to answer.

Cons

1. No growth at all. 2. You are asked to do anything which is not in your JD and if you raised your concern you will get this kind of reply always “Management reserves the right to change, rescind, add or delete the essential functions of this position at any time, with or without notice.” 3. Bad salary. 4. Bad appraisal meetings.
