Great team, company fosters a community environment. Opportunities to learn and develop. Benefits are pretty great, contribution to pension etc. Relaxed working environment. I would recommend SAGE to others.

Cons

Salary, but this is a industry wide issue in publishing. No clear guidelines on how to make that next step in your career. Possible to spend far too long on a temporary basis before considered for a permanent position. Management styles vary quite greatly and this can impact experience at the company.
