      Committed to progressive social values; really values employees- it's not an empty HR talking point; great health care benefits; 5 yr. anniversary trip;

      Cons

      No 401K; profit sharing isn't quite the same; no company car for outside sales reps; expense reporting drives you nuts: receipts for anything over $10 (e.g. $10.01) , reports returned for not putting hotel taxes in the right spot

      Wonderful, warm and friendly company culture. A real pleasure to work with such intelligent people with a real passion for academics and marketing. Open to new ideas and new ways of working in marketing.

      Cons

      Some computer equipment could do with an upgrade, but was in progress when I left.
