      - Above average pay for graduate level - 5 volunteering days - Friendly and supportive people - Career progression

      Cons

      - Return to office policy had shaky reasoning, seemed like the company didn't listen to peoples opinions. However as a graduate I prefer office days as its easier to learn in person. - Can be hard to make processes more efficient as people like methods that have been done for years
