Pros

The benefits are amazing. Great vision, dental, medical, in addition to a healthy lifestyle reimbursement and massage reimbursement. They also offer tuition assistance. The managers are flexible and approachable. They also offer weekly Friday lunches, and have a great summer picnic and holiday party. Good work life balance.

Cons

Quiet work environment. Everyone stays in their offices and cubes, and it is so quiet all day long you could hear a pen drop from a mile away. This leads to lack of interaction with coworkers. The pay is extremely low, though having great benefits does help. Very hard to get a promotion or raise, even if you have excellent performance reviews. Additionally, the company and most of the people there are extremely liberal, and views that do not align with that (even slightly) are not welcome. There is fairly high turnover.
