Pros

Great work environment, inclusive culture, ongoing staff training, flexible working hours, free office fruit and a great location.

Cons

If I had to say anything it would probably be the pay, but I was an intern so I didn't expect to be getting paid highly.

Pros

Good work life balance. Lunch provided by company. Respectful relationships amongst colleagues and seniors. Management is open and criticism. HR is very efficient and helpful.

Cons

Salary is low. Appraisals don't make much difference. Long leaves need to be planned 1 year in advance. Office location is pathetic. Growth opportunities very low. Monotonous atmosphere. Not many benefits. The company is shifting a lot of its work to Dehradun to save money and is compromising on quality.
