It’s really Hard to answer.

Cons

1. No growth at all. 2. You are asked to do anything which is not in your JD and if you raised your concern you will get this kind of reply always “Management reserves the right to change, rescind, add or delete the essential functions of this position at any time, with or without notice.” 3. Bad salary. 4. Bad appraisal meetings.

Great benefits, great flexible working policy, good atmosphere

Cons

Progression sometimes unclear, but I would say their treatment of staff makes this worth it even when compared to other publishers
