Policies, As there are lot of Female Employees due to which the policy are designed as such. Salary is credited in last week. Lunch is Provided. Fixed Timings. No Cabs.

-Excellent benefits (Paid trip to California after 5 years, annual profit bonus and more) -Reasonable pay -CEO and upper management is very approachable - coffee mornings for all new starters and an audience with the owner of the company once a year to have any questions answered/voice your ideas -Incredible modern office with agile work spaces (lots of lunchtimes playing pool and Foosball!) -Very invested in your career development - good work is always awarded with promotions. -Lots of training programs (classes and online) -Good work/life balance -Very social group of people with monthly drinks, summer parties and get togethers. Tea parties in the kitchens for birthdays and celebrations. -Free coffee, fruit and biscuits
