Pros

Will not find better benefits anywhere everyone in the company is very approachable, the CEO tries hard to get to know everyone. I had nothing but great experiences from the top level executives. college reimbursement program so you can get yourself a degree.

Cons

Covid has changed the company. very small amount of people working in office. seems like a disconnect from middle management to the top levels.

Thank you for your feedback. It is always good to hear that our employees appreciate SAGE’s excellent employee benefits and that you enjoyed our open, approachable culture. The situation you describe about bringing an issue to Human Resources is a concern. This is not representative of the values we hold in high esteem in HR or the level of support we take pride in providing our employees. We would be very open to learning more about your sense of the situation. You can reach out to me directly at Donna.Gray@sagepub.com.

Pros

Great benefits, culture and feeling of working towards a common greater good.

Cons

Poor management personnel decisions at district level. DM position should require people skills with leadership ability; poor management takes an A++ role to a C- role. For a company with inclusive social values, they silence the voice of employees.
