I believe this is a good place to work. They are a company that has a good mission that people believe in. Great benefits plan and good environment.

Cons

The only bad things I can say is that salary compensation here can be a bit low, and that the HR department is not very good.

Great CEO, corporate communications, employee benefits/perks, catered lunch Fridays, new office building, great friendly workers, low turnover, allows work from home, and overall corporate culture

Cons

Business casual M-Th when non-client facing, low salary/compensation, too much corporate power to Editorial department, Thousand Oaks, and friends promoting friends (especially Marketing). Not many cons.
