      Pros

      Most departments want to help interns learn. They give you a lot of work to do, especially in the HR department. It's a great learning experience with good people around you to help you succeed. Free Friday lunches!

      Cons

      A very corporate environment. Not much flexibility to do what you want, very strict procedures you must follow.
