Colleagues are nice and friendly.

No training and clear structure for new joiner. It's like being thrown in the deep end of the pool when you don't even know how to swim. Working hours are always interrupted by MD's tea break or disturbance because she is restless or bored. Work culture and direction revolves around the MD

pathetic pay-scale, no employee motivation, discriminatory treatment between lower and higher level employees,beaurocracy. Management and HR is pathetic.
