Pros

1) Some leaders do care about the employees, but are not empowered to make real change within the business units that make up, SageNet. 2) It's next door to Rocket Brothers Coffee...

Cons

1) Petty, poor executive leadership who devalues employees. 2) Pay is not commensurate with experience walking in to SageNet, and compensation for achievements that go above and beyond the actual job are not realized as tenure with the company grows.

Pros

Friendships, mentors, and experience more valuable than the baggage were gained here.

Cons

SageNet thrives on employees with an improper work/life balance. Their employees feel obligated to pour their whole lives into their job. The workload in all departments is too high, generating turnover when it becomes too much. There is zero trust from the top down, and from the bottom up. There is no interdepartmental cohesion. Each team for themselves. Psychological safety, defined as the belief that you won’t be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes - is non existent here. Especially related to the NOC.
